You can’t teach, you can learn!
Education is a unique field that requires not only knowledge but also strong emotional intelligence. Each student is an individual with his or her own interests, abilities and difficulties. My task as an educator is to see each of them, understand their needs and help them develop. Creating a trusting atmosphere in the classroom is one of the most important aspects of my work. I try to adopt methods that promote active learning, including project work, group discussions and interactive games.
Every day in the classroom is a new challenge and a new opportunity. I strive to ensure that students not only learn the material, but also learn critical thinking, teamwork, and decision-making skills. I look at learning as a journey where we all, teacher and student alike, learn from each other. Sometimes it is in these joint discussions and projects that the most interesting ideas are born.
