I love my job for the opportunity to communicate with the most interesting people in the world – children. It is so nice to see the light in their eyes, full of curiosity.

Despite the fact that I have been in my profession for more than 20 years, every year I always discover a lot more for my own improvement and the development of my charges.

But what is the most important thing in a teacher’s work? Reflecting on this question, I came to the conclusion: to help children to get new knowledge, using modern information technologies and effective teaching methods, as well as to be able to form a student’s information competence, develop curiosity, cognitive and creative interest.

My work is based on five principles:

• Only joint activity gives true cognition (the teacher is able to descend from the height of his knowledge to the ignorance of the student and together with him to make the ascent).
• Honesty and sincerity.
• Observance of values and ideals, turned into moral guidelines of education: truth, goodness, personality, freedom, love, creativity.
• Creating comfort of education and upbringing. Children who come to school want to be accepted, hunger for success, interesting and fun life.
• Deepening the knowledge of psychology (neuropsychology), which contribute to the development of the child’s abilities, realization of himself as a person.

Coming to the 5 Green staff, I felt I was among like-minded people. The administration is very good. It supports all creative endeavors, creates a favorable climate for development in such an interesting, creative profession.
