Ms Anna
Grade I Teacher

Let’s get acquainted! My name is Anna – I’m a teacher in the Kindergarten group. Most of all in this life I like to study. In order to understand how this world works, I entered the Faculty of Biology and, in parallel, the Faculty of Foreign Languages, because I wanted to have access to the scientific discoveries of the whole world. While studying at the university, I did a language practice in London. Then my teacher told me that it is not enough to know the language yourself, you also need to learn how to teach to become a teacher. When I started working as a tutor, I realized that it might not be so easy to explain seemingly obvious things. For more than five years, I have taught prospective students developing teaching methods and looking for ways to captivate them.
In the summer of 2018, I started working at an English-speaking children’s camp and for the first time I saw the real thirst for knowledge in the eyes of children. Children look at this world differently and want to understand how it works. Unfamiliar things and phenomena can scare, and my task is to maintain interest in this world and make it more understandable in the eyes of the child.
