The Pottery Workshop in English at 5Green is a creative space where children make clay objects while immersing themselves in an English-language environment. Classes are conducted with gentle language support: children hear English, learn new words, and naturally use them during their work.
Working with clay develops imagination, patience, and precision. Children learn to transform an idea into a real object — a cup, plate, figurine, or decorative item — while English becomes a natural part of the creative process.
The classes are led by Renata Sereda, a professional ceramist and artist-designer with over 20 years of experience working with both children and adults. Under the guidance of an experienced instructor, children not only master the art of working with clay but also expand their English vocabulary in a comfortable and natural setting.
Throughout the lessons, English speech accompanies the creative process seamlessly: children hear and use new words related to shapes, textures, tools, and the stages of creating their ceramic pieces.
