Children’s Yoga at 5Green is a friendly and safe environment where kids, through games, animal poses, and breathing practices, develop concentration, flexibility, strength, and balance while improving posture and self-confidence.
Each session is a small journey: we transform into strong animals, stretch toward the sun, learn to maintain balance, and practice mindful breathing. In a simple and engaging way, children build flexibility, coordination, strength, and endurance, while developing healthy posture.
Special attention is given to breathing exercises and gentle relaxation techniques. These help children become more focused, calm, and confident — not only during classes, but also at school and in everyday life.
